Why did I write this book?

I wrote this book to help pastors realize the Kingdom benefits of intentionally partnering with like-minded pastors in their community for fellowship, equipping, accountability, and soul care.

Who was it written for?

I wrote the book primarily for pastor and elders to grow in their Kingdom-mindedness. Whether you are pastoring now, hope to in the future, or have in the past, this book is for you.

I could see this book also being helpful for the church member who want to gain a better understanding of some of the struggles their pastor faces, and how the health of his souls affects the health of the church body.

What is it about?

A short read for the pastor who feels alone, discouraged, or like ministry might be better shoulder to shoulder with their brothers.

The book argues that in cultivating friendships and fellowship with one another, pastors will not only build one another up, but will benefit their own churches, and the work of the gospel in their local community.

With very practical guidance on how to go about forming coalitions and alliances for joint action, the book helps identify important qualities to look for in coalition members, and inspires readers to see how leading by example is crucial, and being a disciple is as important as making disciples.
